The boss is not only insanely successful as a restaurateur, but also as a DJ. In addition to his restaurant in Antwerp, projects are currently underway in Brussels and the Maldives. The great success is the result of years of hard & disciplined work. He is currently looking for a patissier (gn) with the same mindset as him: striving for perfection in all areas.
