Chef de Partie (gn) Baltic Sea
Directly on the Baltic Sea is this hotel with about 50 rooms. The F&B area, which consists of 2 restaurants, is managed by the well-known patron. The gourmet restaurant has been awarded 2 stars in the Michelin Guide for years and focuses on evening service. Guests are served breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. Both restaurants are classically French, but also reflect the proximity to the Baltic Sea. We are now looking for a Chef de Partie (gn) to support the kitchen team in the gourmet restaurant.
