- Responsibility for the entire process and organization of the event service department
- Management, motivation and training of the banquet team
- Ensuring high service standards
- Cooperation with the “Groups & Events Sales” department
- Planning and implementation of internal and external catering
- Duty roster and vacation planning
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Conducting recruitment interviews and performance appraisals
- Active collaboration in operational event service
This is you
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, ideally in upscale gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a hotel of a similar category

- Ability to work in a team and experience in managing employees
- Organizational talent and expertise in food and beverage science
- Very good knowledge of German and English
