Our client is a small but fine gourmet restaurant in the heart of Provence. With a passion for premium products and a strong network of local suppliers, the restaurant offers its guests an unforgettable culinary experience. To further enhance this experience, we are looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine (gn). The restaurant has 25 pax. and open from Tue-Sat and offers its first-class offer in the evening. In parallel, the chef is still responsible for the Rooftop Bar in the summer. Here are served fresh dishes on a lower level for up to 30 pax. offered. The Restaunrat offers wine lovers a selection of 900 positions with a focus on France.
What are you doing as a Chef de Cuisine (pn) Bouches du Rhone concretely
- Responsibility for all kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory control and purchasing.
- Ensuring the highest quality standards for all food – including the Rooftop
- Leadership and training of the kitchen team
- Compliance with all hygiene regulations and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with service team to ensure smooth operations.
This is you
- Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the best catering industry
- Fluency in French or willingness to learn the language quickly
- Excellent leadership skills and team spirit
- Creativity and passion for food and wine
