Our client is a new restaurant in a prime location in the heart of Frankfurt and will open its doors in early 2024. With an international bistro concept and a menu that offers the best of global cuisine, our client strives to create an unforgettable culinary experience. As Chef de Cuisine (GN), you will play a key role in creating this experience.
The concept will be 32 pax inside and 50 pax. have outside. The team in the kitchen is set with 5 employees. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner five days a week.
What are you doing as a Chef de Cuisine (gn) Frankfurt concretely
- Develop an innovative menu that meets the restaurant’s high standards
- Management of a dedicated kitchen team
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served with the utmost precision to ensure guest satisfaction

- Completed training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience as sous chef
