Nevertheless, guests book the family’s culinary journeys over several days. The new chef manages the balancing act between a gourmet restaurant, a parlour and a fresh and young F&B concept. We are now looking for another strong Chef de Partie (gn) to join the team.

- Operational management of the post
- Collaboration at the stove and in the daily business
- Purchasing, inventory and warehousing
