Our client is one of the 10 best restaurants in Germany. The small team of 8 people in the kitchen provides a very high quality and contemporary service, is a hotbed of talent in top gastronomy. In order to be successful at this level in the long term, all team members must be involved – face challenges positively. The code of the team is: loyalty – honesty – diligence. The restaurant delights an average of 35 diners per service with independent cuisine and world-class service. Service hours are Wed – Thurs evenings, Fri – Sun noon & night. We are looking for a Chef de Partie (gn) for the next possible date.
What are you doing as a Chef de Partie (gn) Tegernsee concretely
In consultation with the Chef de Cuisine, you will take responsibility for the production of the Gardemanger post, as well as the service in the Gourmet Restaurant. In doing so, you convince with a high level of craftsmanship and master the classic products as well as finding new ways.

- You have completed training as a cook
- You have several years of experience in gourmet gastronomy
- You have the right attitude for the culinary elite
- Commitment and flexibility distinguish you
- You are open to new things, can also convince through very well applied craftsmanship
