What are you doing as a Chef de Rang (gn) Appenzell concretely
- Independent management of a station in the restaurant
- Mise en Place and assistance in beverage service
- Attract guests and ideally make them regulars directly

- Experience in the gourmet gastronomy

- Strong culinary interest / drinks and wines are your soft spot
- Very good language skills (English & German are mandatory)
