- Implementation of a professional and high-quality service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving and forwarding guest complaints to superiors
- Responsibility for correct invoicing and billing, if authorized
- Preparation of events, set-up of tables and execution of the mise en place
- Ensuring compliance with internal and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
This is you
- Successfully completed training as a restaurant specialist or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the upscale hotel industry is desirable
- Open and professional demeanor with a well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy dealing with international guests
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
