In addition to the gourmet restaurant, our client operates 7 other outlets there with different concepts. The gourmet restaurant is one of the most architecturally modern restaurants in the world. Furnished with warm colors and high quality interior design details. There is room for a total of 45 guests. Open 5 days a week in the evening only. The wine list includes about 500 Positions. Now the team is looking for a Chef de Rang (gn) to strengthen.
What are you doing as a Chef de Rang (gn) Munich concretely
- You take care of a smooth flow in your station
- Communication with the guests and the team
- Instruction of the Commis, Demi Chef de Rangs and apprentices in the service department
- Serving the food and drinks
- Jointly responsible for the mise en place
