- Management of the entire kitchen team and responsibility for smooth operations
- Development of creative and seasonal food concepts, taking regional ingredients into account
- Organization and implementation of events and banquets
- Managing the purchase of goods and ensuring compliance with the budget plan
- Compliance with high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Collaboration with the management and other departments to optimize guest service

- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in a managerial position
