We are looking for a passionate Chef Patissier (gn) for an exclusive boutique hotel with a gourmet restaurant. In addition to a luxurious restaurant with 20 seats, the hotel also offers upscale hotel gastronomy for 60 guests and is known for its attention to detail and first-class service.
What are you doing as a Chef Patissier (gn) Gourmet & Hotel Pfalz concretely
- Management of the patisserie and coordination of the team of two experienced patissiers
- Creating creative dessert compositions for the gourmet restaurant as well as for banquets and events in the hotel
- Development of seasonal menus taking into account regional and international influences
- Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during service times in the gourmet restaurant
- Responsibility for ordering, checking and storing goods in accordance with quality and hygiene standards
- Close cooperation with the head chef and the service team to ensure perfect guest service
This is you
- Completed training as a pastry chef or patissier, ideally with experience in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity and a flair for unusual flavor compositions
- Team spirit and leadership skills for managing a small, motivated team
- Structured and reliable way of working with high quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a demanding environment
