We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/x) for our exquisite gourmet restaurant in the heart of Düsseldorf. The restaurant is open five nights a week and seats 40 guests. The kitchen is one of the best in the city and still has potential. The service and the ambience are unique.

What are you doing as a Deputy Restaurantleitung (gn) Düsseldorf concretely

  • Assist Restaurant Manager with all operational procedures and be responsible for day-to-day operations
  • Ensure smooth service operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Conducting training and coaching for our service team
  • Active participation in service during peak hours
  • Jointly responsible for the planning and implementation of events and special promotions

This is you

  • Experience in a similar position in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry
  • Excellent leadership skills and a high level of organizational ability
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
  • Passion for excellent service and attention to detail
