– You support the management in the organization and coordination of the daily service operation – You ensure a smooth service process and are the contact person for the team – You guarantee excellent service and take care of demanding guests – You take over the training and induction of new employees – You ensure compliance with the high quality standards of the restaurant – You use your language skills in German, English and French in contact with guests
