What are you doing as a Bar Manager (gn) Upper Bavaria concretely
- Further development of the bar concept
- Advice and assistance to guests at the bar
- Preparation of drinks, cocktails and snacks
- Responsibility for staff scheduling (duty/holiday schedule)
- Responsible for smooth collaboration with other departments, representing the bar in meetings.
This is you
- Interest in current bar and beverage trends and excellent beverage skills
- Completed training in the restaurant or hotel business
- First experience in a similar position with management responsibility desirable
- Confident and team-oriented appearance
- Empathy and tact towards guests and employees
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Resilience, commitment and efficiency
