What are you doing as a F&B Manager (gn) Bonn concretely
As F&B Manager you are responsible for the management and coordination of all operational and administrative processes in the Food & Beverage area. These include in particular:
1. ensuring smooth operations in the entire F&B area.
2. control and compliance with quality standards
3. preparation of budgets and forecasts and their monitoring
4. planning and implementation of training for the F&B staff.
5. optimization of workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
6. cooperation with other departments of the hotel to ensure a high standard of service.
This is you
You have completed training in the hotel or catering industry and have several years of professional experience in a similar position. As a leader, you impress with your high level of service orientation, organizational talent and strong communication skills – especially between different generations. A degree in hotel business management is an advantage.
