What are you doing as a F&B Manager (gn) Luxury hotel Baltic Sea concretely

  • Management of operational and administrative processes in breakfast, restaurant, banquet, room service and bar

  • Management and training of the entire F&B team including trainees

  • Creating efficient duty and vacation schedules in compliance with legal requirements

  • Responsibility for ordering, cost control and use of materials

  • Personal guest contact and maintenance of the guest database

  • Control of the “ALENO” table reservation system

  • Implementation of hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP

  • Checking cleanliness in all relevant areas

  • Complaints management and ensuring service quality

  • Design and maintenance of food and drink menus

  • Preparation and implementation of a new POS system

  • Coordination of inventories and daily accounts

  • Close cooperation with other departments and participation in meetings

This is you

  • Completed training in the hotel or catering industry

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable

  • Strong technical knowledge, sense of responsibility and leadership skills

  • Enthusiasm for gastronomy and a service-oriented demeanor

  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a team

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Structured, clean and solution-oriented way of working
