What are you doing as a F&B Manager (gn) Luxury Hotel Bavaria concretely
- You are the host of the excellent and varied gastronomy
- You manage the entire F&B service team of the resort with over 50 members
- You work closely with the kitchen and the events sales department
- You take part in meetings and monitor operational performance in the outlets
- You support the teams during bottlenecks
- You are responsible for the departmental duty rosters and compliance with legal requirements
- You take over the training of young talents in the gastronomic outlets
- You take care of administrative tasks such as stocktaking, vacation management and employee appraisals
This is you
- Completed hotel or restaurant management training or hospitality studies
- Distinct host mentality
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the gastronomy of a luxury hotel
- At least 2 years management experience as Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager
- Analytical and economic thinking as well as a structured way of working
- Experience in creating and working with budgets
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Knowledge of Oracle Symphony, Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office
- Fluent in German and English
