What are you doing as a Head chef (gn) New opening boutique hotel concretely
- You will help set up the kitchen for the new opening and actively develop the gastronomic concept
- You lead a kitchen team consisting of up to five employees
- You design a regional menu with a modern twist – “The region on a plate”
- You organize the catering for hotel guests seven days a week
- You design the culinary offer for various outlets: restaurant, beer garden and conference area
- You coordinate purchasing and the use of goods with a focus on regional suppliers and sustainable quality
This is you
- Successful training as a chef with professional experience in a managerial position
- Passion for regional cuisine and creative interpretation of classic dishes
- Experience in setting up and managing a kitchen team
- Organizational strength and economic thinking
- Willingness to actively help shape a new gastronomic project
