The restaurant is a hotbed of talent in top gastronomy. Among other things, the code of the team is: loyalty – honesty – diligence. The restaurant delights an average of 35 diners per service with independent cuisine and world-class service. Service hours are Wed-Thu evenings, Fri-Sun lunch & dinner. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef (gn) for the next possible date:
What are you doing as a Junior sous chef (gn) Tegernsee concretely
- You are head of post (gn) and are responsible for the commissioner or entremetier
- Cook actively in the daily restaurant business and support the individual employees
- You are responsible for the coordination of the kitchen team and a professional workflow
- Management, training and instruction of employees
- Planning the deployment of colleagues
- Procurement and storage of goods as well as cost and quality control
- Costing of goods and control of use of goods
This is you
- You have a completed apprenticeship as a cook (gn) and several years of professional experience in gourmet gastronomy
- Work structured and independently
- Are flexible, creative and have an eye for detail
- You have very distinctive manual skills
- Experience in personnel responsibility and training of employees
- You maintain a positive leadership style and friendly tone of voice
