What are you doing as a Restaurant Manager (gn) Boutiquehotel Rheingau concretely
- You are a host in the lunch and dinner service and ensure an unforgettable experience for the guests
- You are responsible for staff planning in the breakfast area, even if your main focus is on day and evening service
- You will work closely with the head chef and actas his sparring partnerto continuously develop the culinary offering
- You contribute ideas to move the restaurant forward and can create your own specialty menu, e.g. with wines
- You coordinate the processes in the service team, consisting of a total of 15 employees and temporary staff
- You are present during lunchtime (12:30-13:30) and take on responsibility in the late shift (from 15:00) until the last guests are looked after in the evening (approx. 20:30)
- You are a role model in service and motivate your team to perform at their best

- You area warmhost with an eye for detail and a feel for the needs of guests
- You have leadership experience and enjoy coordinating and motivating a team
- Ideally, you have knowledge of wine and are open to adding your own touches, such as a specialty menu
- You have experience in gastronomy, ideally in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- You are communicative, creative and keen to drive a successful project forward
