What are you doing as a Restaurant Manager (gn) Gourmet Upper Bavaria concretely
- Organization and management of the service team in the gourmet restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and processes
- Ensuring and increasing guest satisfaction
- Supporting other departments in achieving the company’s goals
- Implementation of departmental and corporate goals
- Compliance with the department’s cost budget
- Planning and implementation of special events
- Advice for guests in the F&B area at a high level
- Implementation of training courses for service staff
- Development of sales optimization concepts and up-selling strategies
- Achieving high guest ratings for service quality and competence
This is you
- Sound professional and management experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy
- A keen eye for detail
- Passionate host
- Fluent in German, at least advanced knowledge of English
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Training certificate desirable
