Together with our cooperation partner in Switzerland, we offer: The restaurant belongs to one of the most famous Grand Hotels in Europe. It is located in the middle of Zurich, on a mountain with a view of the Alps. The restaurant with about 80 seats also includes a spacious terrace. As the hotel’s main restaurant, all day dining is offered here, from breakfast to dinner. The team is correspondingly large. Over 30 service staff take care of the smooth running. The restaurant management must have the appropriate leadership qualities.
What are you doing as a Restaurant Manager (gn) Zurich concretely
- Operational management of the restaurant
- Contact for guests and employees
- Leading a team of around 30 permanent employees including trainees and apprentices
- Personnel development and promotion, conducting regular qualification interviews
- Smooth communication and cooperation with all interfaces in the house
- Responsible for ordering/inventories
- Responsible for training and maintaining our high quality standards
This is you
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Organizationally strong & service oriented
- Time management is your strength
- Confident and stylish interaction with international guests
- Fluent German and English, other languages an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office palette
