Views and a clear focus on high cuisine distinguish the Restaunrat. Up to 35 guests eat a menu that changes every few days by one dish. Therefore, constant change is a credo of the chef. The versatile cuisine focuses on seasonality and regionality and works exclusively with Swiss products. The restaurant is integrated into a small boutique hotel. The property is run by the host and star chef himself. Now he is looking for a motivated sous chef to assist him.
What are you doing as a Sous chef (gn) Appenzell concretely
- Management of the kitchen in coordination with the head chef
- Creative implementation of new dishes in coordination with the head chef
- Coordination of purchasing and maintenance of supplier contact
- Leadership and motivation of a dedicated team
- Ensuring hygiene in the kitchen area in accordance with HACCP
