What are you doing as a Sous Chef (gn) Dingolfing concretely
- Assisting the chef in the preparation of dishes
- Taking over specific stations in the kitchen
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Participation in the development of new menus and dishes
- Responsibility for inventory management and orders
- Training and guidance of kitchen assistants
This is you
- Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
- First experience in gourmet gastronomy is desirable
- Passion for good food and excellent hospitality
- High degree of reliability and initiative
- Good knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety
