What are you doing as a Sous chef (gn) Munich concretely
- Mise en Place and active cooking at service times
- Monitoring and control of the work of all posts
- Compliance and development of recipes
- Maintain close and transparent communication between managers and team members
- Cooperation and constant exchange with the other sous chefs
This is you
- Strong interest in the culinary fundamentals and techniques of French cuisine.
- Already experience in similar position, at similar level
- Open, curious and willing to learn
- Good at communicating in English
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and reliability
