What are you doing as a Sous chef (gn) Munich concretely

  • Mise en Place and active cooking at service times
  • Monitoring and control of the work of all posts
  • Compliance and development of recipes
  • Maintain close and transparent communication between managers and team members
  • Cooperation and constant exchange with the other sous chefs

This is you

  • Strong interest in the culinary fundamentals and techniques of French cuisine.
  • Already experience in similar position, at similar level
