As a Demichef de Rang you have already proven yourself as Commis de Rang<\/a> and have consolidated the skills of the daily tasks. WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?<\/b><\/h2>\n

As Demichef de Rang, you now report to the Commis de Rang<\/a>. You watch your boss de rank<\/a> ‘s back. You will do this by carrying out daily preparations (mise en place, setting the table, etc.) independently and with the help of the Commis de Rang<\/a>.
