The “Patissier of the Year” competition required participants to create a dessert with five components (creamy, baked, fruity, warm and ice cream), a freestyle dessert and petit fours in four versions for the jury within five hours. Mussotter’s winning creations were characterized by innovative combinations, including a freestyle dessert with celery, lychee, sake and rice and an experience dessert that combined cherry blossom, dark chocolate, plum wine and buckwheat.<\/p>\n
