Originally opened as a “Cordobar”, the restaurant has developed into a Michelin-starred restaurant since November 2018 and is known for its modern and creative cuisine. Under the management of patron Gerhard Retter, the Cordo has developed into a place where the focus is on exquisite star cuisine without losing its characteristic bar character.<\/p>\n
Yannic Stockhausen, an up-and-coming talent in the culinary world, has made a decisive contribution to the success of Cordo. He came directly from the three-star restaurant Aqua in Wolfsburg and brought with him his experience from the two-star Haerlin in Hamburg and the Manoir de R\u00e9tival in Normandy.
