A breath of fresh air is blowing through the kitchens of the Mural Farmhouse: Timo Fritsche and Maximilian Huber will take over the culinary reins of the renowned establishment from November 2023. They take over from Rico Birndt, who will be concentrating on a new project on Lake Chiemsee.<\/p>\n
Timo Fritsche, the new kitchen director, brings not only experience but also innovation to the team. His gastronomic career includes stints in top Swiss restaurants, including the OZ* in F\u00fcrstenau, Igniv by Andreas Caminada** in St. Moritz and the three-star restaurant Schloss Schauenstein. Maximilian Huber, who is responsible for practical implementation as head chef, is regarded as one of the most promising young talents in the industry. Before joining Mural Farmhouse, he worked at Ti Tri Ned* in Denmark and Widder Restaurant in Zurich.<\/p>\n
The Mural Farmhouse itself has established itself as a gastronomic hotspot in Munich and has already received awards in the Guide Michelin 2023 for its fine dining and \u00e0 la carte offerings. Fritsche and Huber are not only maintaining their vision of strict product cuisine with a focus on locality and regionality, but are also deepening and expanding it.<\/p>\n

Rico Birndt will continue to cook for guests at the Mural Farmhouse until the official handover. From November, Fritsche and Huber will take the helm and set their own accents in the kitchen.<\/p>\n
