What are you doing as a Sommelier (gn) Luxury hotel with Gourmet Sylt concretely
- Responsible for wine and beverage selection, ordering and storage for all outlets.
- Create, maintain and develop the wine list in coordination with the F&B Manager.
- Proactively acquire and maintain supplier contacts, especially with winegrowers.
- Develops and implements innovative beverage concepts for all outlets.
- Accept deliveries of goods, check them and put the goods away.
- Plan and carry out the monthly beverage inventory together with the buyer.
- Ensures compliance with the beverage concepts in all F&B areas.
This is you
- You have successfully completed training in the hotel or catering industry.
- You are an IHK-certified sommelier with several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Have a sound knowledge of wine and beverage management and storage.
- Have experience in the conception of wine lists and beverage concepts.
- You are service-oriented, professional and have a well-groomed appearance.
- Remain resilient, calm and confident, even in critical situations.
