Chef de Cuisine (gn) Heidelberg

A renowned restaurant in the heart of Heidelberg with a total capacity of 160 people, including a banquet area. The restaurant offers seasonal à la carte menus that adapt to the seasons and special menus for groups of 8 people or more. A terrace with a Mediterranean ambience and space for up to 80 people is particularly popular in the summer months. Regular events and functions, including winegrowers’ evenings, round off the offer. As Chef de Cuisine, we are looking for a creative and experienced manager who will further develop the culinary offer and lead the kitchen team.
