A newly opened, upscale resort in Bavaria, located directly on the lake, with several restaurants, a stylish lounge, a spacious spa and an exclusive beach club. As a culinary highlight, the resort is introducing a separate restaurant with a focus on Japanese cuisine. High-quality sushi is served in a specially designed ambience and prepared right in front of the guests. The restaurant is open seven days a week. Working hours are coordinated as a team with two other colleagues.
What are you doing as a Sushi Chef (gn) Luxurs Resort concretely
- You prepare sushi, sashimi and other Japanese specialties – according to traditional recipes and with your own creative ideas
- You ensure the highest quality and absolute freshness of all ingredients
- You actively develop the sushi menu and introduce new variations to the menu
- You ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
- You work closely with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth processes
This is you
- Successfully completed training as a chef or comparable qualification
- Experience in Japanese cuisine and especially sushi and sashimi preparation
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and creative flair
- High degree of responsibility and independent work
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a positive, hands-on attitude
- Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations
- Good knowledge of German or English
