An exclusive, renowned restaurant on Sylt is looking for a dedicated chef (m/f/d) to strengthen its team. The restaurant is known for its high-quality, creative cuisine and enjoys an excellent reputation in the regional gastronomy scene. With a capacity of up to 45 guests in the high season, the restaurant offers a sophisticated but informal working atmosphere.
What are you doing as a Chef de Cuisine (gn) Bistro Sylt concretely
- Responsibility for the creative design and implementation of a high-quality menu with a focus on fresh, seasonal products such as sea bass and lobster.
- Management and motivation of the kitchen team, training and development of employees.
- Ensuring the highest standards in preparation, presentation and service.
- Close cooperation with the service to offer an unforgettable culinary experience.
- Planning and coordination of kitchen processes, order management and warehousing.
- Kitchen operation from Thursday to Monday (Sunday until 17:00), kitchen opens at 10:00, last order at 19:00, kitchen closes between 20:00 and 21:00.
This is you
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a management position.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative cuisine.
- Strong leadership, team spirit and resilience.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Our client offers
- Net 3,500 euros plus an average of 1,000 euros in tips per month.
- Choice between a two-room apartment (750 euros) or a one-room apartment (600 euros).
- Option of a six-month employment with an additional salary.
- Eight to nine weeks per year, divided into several blocks.
