What are you doing as a Chef Patissier (gn) Gourmet Sylt concretely
- You will manage the patisserie department and be responsible for the design and creation of high-quality desserts, tartlets and sweets.
- You develop innovative pastry concepts and implement them together with your team.
- You ensure compliance with the highest quality, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- You will work closely with the kitchen to provide culinary support for events and exclusive functions.
- You present your creations in an appealing and creative way and ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
This is you
- Completed training as a confectioner, pastry chefor comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a Michelin restaurant or luxury hotel.
- A passion for patisserie, perfect craftsmanship and creative ideas.
- Leadership qualities and team spirit, even in stressful phases.
- Structured way of working and enjoy working with a motivated kitchen team.
