Deputy Restaurant Manager (gn) Lower Saxony

Design and sushi is the basis for the restaurant. The design is fresh, new and Japanese. Red tones combined with flamed wood create a great atmosphere. An open bar where all guests can watch the chefs at work. The sushi on offer is very good craftsmanship. From traditional Japanese to European-inspired variations. The wine from our own wine bar, beer, tea and sake go perfectly with this. In addition to food, the aim is to generate corresponding beverage sales. So far five evenings a week for approx. 25 pax.
