What are you doing as a Chef de partie (gn) Luxury Hotel Munich concretely

Participation in the planning and preparation of daily mise en place work

Professional preparation of food in accordance with high quality and hygiene standards

Responsibility for one or more stations (e.g. pâtisserie, event kitchen, à-la-carte restaurants)

Ensuring product quality and fresh, seasonal ingredients

Coordination and close cooperation with the service department to ensure smooth processes

Compliance with and implementation of company hygiene and safety guidelines
This is you
-
Completed training as a chef or a comparable qualification
-
For higher positions (e.g. Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Cuisine) several years of experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry

Ability to work in a team, high motivation and enjoyment of creative cuisine

Working safely under time and quality pressure

Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards

High sense of responsibility and careful working methods
