What are you doing as a Chef de Partie (gn) Vegan Fine Dining concretely
- You manage your post independently and ensure the preparation of all meals in your area
- You prepare mise en place conscientiously and support your team during service
- You work closely with the head chef and sous chef to implement the high quality standards
- You contribute your own ideas and help shape new creations
- You support the induction of new team members and help to ensure that everything runs smoothly
This is you
- Successfully completed training as a chef and first experience as a chef de partie in upscale gastronomy
- Passion for vegan and sustainable cuisine
- High load capacity, even when working in tight spaces and at high temperatures
- Initiative, creativity and enjoyment of teamwork in a confined space
- Willingness to be part of an ambitious team for at least one year in order to complete all seasons
