Together with our partner, SDI Human Resources, we are looking for an exclusive luxury resort in the Swiss Alps. The hotel combines over 100 years of tradition with modern, understated luxury. What are you doing as a Executicve Chef (gn) Luxury Hotel Gstaad concretely
- You will manage all kitchen areas of the resort: À la carte restaurants, bars, room service, breakfast as well as banquet and catering services.
- You ensure smooth processes and maximum guest satisfaction through optimal use of resources and precise production control.
- You are responsible for menu planning, costing and budget compliance, including minimizing food waste.
- You guarantee quality through compliance with hygiene standards, regular checks and cooperation with facility management and stewarding.
- You will develop two completely new restaurants from 2028
- You lead your team to peak performance – with a clear vision and inspiring presence.
This is you
- Completed culinary training with further training as a chef (federal diploma or comparable).
- Several years of management experience in the international luxury hotel industry.
- Proven success in comparable positions with responsibility for several outlets.
- Language skills: Business fluent in German or English; other languages are a plus.
