The restaurant is known for its sustainable, product-oriented concept, which is based on the seasons and the region. With a unique wine list and a 14-meter-long bar, it offers space for up to 65 guests in the evening and for up to 250 guests at events and exclusive functions.
What are you doing as a Patissier (gn) Gourmet Berlin concretely
- You prepare high-quality desserts, tarts and cakes to a consistently high standard.
- You will be actively involved in developing concepts and ideas for the pâtisserie range.
- You prepare desserts carefully, arrange them attractively and finish them neatly.
- You ensure compliance with the highest quality, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- You work in a team-oriented manner with the kitchen at events and in daily service.
This is you
- Completed training as a confectioner or chef.
- First to several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, catering or banqueting.
- A passion for patisserie and baking as well as a keen sense of quality and creativity.
- Enthusiasm for event catering and enjoyment of an appealing, high-quality presentation.
- Structured, clean way of working and ability to work in a team, even in service-intensive situations.
