As a service manager, you will play an active role in shaping day-to-day service operations and ensure that guests experience high-quality, professional service. Your tasks will include

Ensuring and implementing defined service and quality standards

Professional support and advice for guests, including confident complaints management

Organization and coordination of processes between service, kitchen and beverage area

Management, induction and technical support for new service employees

Duty planning and personnel coordination in coordination with the team

Responsibility for cash management, daily closing and basic administrative tasks in the service department

Communication with external partners, suppliers and internal departments

Beverage orders and organization of the beverage service, taking into account the concepts
This is you
Ideally, you will have the following qualities for this responsible position:

Completed gastronomic training (e.g. restaurant specialist, hotel specialist) or equivalent professional experience

Several years of experience in the upscale service sector, ideally in fine dining or sophisticated gastronomy

Leadership experience or strong team and organizational skills

Very good knowledge of classic service standards and professional appearance

Strong communication skills, customer orientation and decision-making ability

Good German and solid English skills

Confident handling of suitable POS systems (e.g. reservation, cash register) and MS Office basics

Driving license class B is an advantage
