What are you doing as a Restaurant Manager (gn) Vegan Fine Dining concretely
- You take responsibility for a guest room and confidently manage the service on your floor
- You are the host and contact person for all guests – from welcoming them to saying goodbye
- You ensure professional wine advice and further develop the wine list together with the sommelier
- You actively design and present the non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment and participate in pairings
- You lead your team in a motivating manner, organize the process efficiently and ensure the highest quality of service
- You are the link between service and kitchen and ensure a smooth flow of information
This is you
- Completed training in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Sound knowledge of wine and ideally also experience with non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment
- Organizational talent and passion for excellent service
- Strong host personality with a keen sense for guests’ wishes
- Team player who takes on responsibility and wants to make a long-term contribution
