Chef de Partie (gn) Moselle
Our client is a restaurant on the Moselle. The house is very well rated in all well-known guides and stands for a constant and straightforward kitchen performance. Seven chefs send from one kitchen the dishes for the gourmet restaurant. Currently, the restaurant is fully booked for weeks. 26 pax. are cooked Wednesday to Sunday evenings. However, starting in 2023, it will be reduced to a 4-day week. For support we are looking for a Chef de partie (gn) for the next possible date.
