Chef (gn) Lake Constance
We are looking for a chef for the opening of a new restaurant on Lake Constance. The restaurant focuses on sustainable cuisine. Our aim is to pursue the Slow Food Way more intensively with new energy and innovation since March 2023. Everything in the restaurant is new and waiting to be enlivened with passion and creativity. The chef should draw inspiration from the natural surroundings of Lake Constance and the Alps. Ingredients come directly from this area. We cooperate with small manufacturers, farmers, slow food partners and organic wineries. Our menu follows the Ark principle: “Eat what you want to save”. We set an example for sustainability and conscious consumption.
