Our client is a gourmet restaurant located on the Mosel. The restaurant stands for classic French cuisine, based on excellent products, but interpreted in a contemporary way. Our client runs the family business, which lives hospitality and cordiality inside and outside. The hotel offers a carefree program for guests, from accommodation to enjoyment and culinary delights. We are looking for a motivated personality as a sommelier (gn) with immediate effect.

What are you doing as a Sommelier m/f/d Gourmet Moselle concretely

  • You advise our national and international guests on the selection of wines and drinks
  • Optimization of turnover through additional sales
  • Responsibility for wine and beverage list and inventory of the wine cellar
  • You are the right hand of the restaurant management

This is you

  • You flourish as a host and are confident in dealing with national as well as international guests
  • Excellent knowledge of wine – ideally confirmed by training as a sommelier
  • You impress with your convincing and professional appearance
  • high service and quality orientation as well as a high willingness to perform
  • You work in a structured and results-oriented manner, even in busy times
  • You have a very good command of German and English
