Here’s your chance to develop from sous chef to head chef. We are looking for you for a brasserie that has been awarded a Bib. The focus of the cuisine is on regionality and is emphasized with the own vegetable cultivation. The ingredients are brought to the table creatively, not only as a plate dish, but also in family style. This special concept has already been recognized by Rolling Pin. As the current head chef is also the manager, he would like to slowly retire from the cows and is looking for his successor at the stove.
