What are you doing as a Chef de Cuisine (gn) Outlet Luxury Hotel concretely
- You are responsible for managing the vinotheque’s kitchen and help shape the Italian-style culinary concept
- You develop seasonal menus with a focus on authentic, Mediterranean cuisine and work exclusively with high-quality, fresh ingredients
- You coordinate daily kitchen operations, lead your small team and ensure smooth processes
- You pay attention to the highest quality when preparing and serving the food
- You will work closely with the service team and exchange wine recommendations and food pairings
This is you
- Successful training as a chef and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with a focus on Italian cuisine
- Passion for authentic cooking with fresh, seasonal products
- Creativity, quality awareness and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Leadership experience and team spirit
- Enjoy working in a small, exclusive environment
