- You work independently at your assigned post and are responsible for mise-en-place and the preparation of all meals in your area
- You ensure consistently high quality and work closely with the sous chef and head chef
- You support the implementation of the daily menu offer as well as à la carte dishes (depending on the needs of the resort)
- You comply with hygiene and quality standards and ensure cleanliness in your work area
- You support new team members and work constructively in the kitchen team
- You contribute to a smooth process during the service and adhere to the time schedule
- You use your expertise to delight guests in a 5-star superior environment at a consistently high level
This is you
- You have completed training as a chef
- You have experience in a comparable position, ideally in the upscale hotel industry or fine dining gastronomy
- You enjoy your job, are highly committed and work reliably and cleanly
- You are team-oriented, can work under pressure and are loyal and motivated for a winter season in an alpine environment
- You value quality, efficient processes and a professional demeanor
