Our client is a gourmet restaurant with integrated bar in the heart of Saarbrücken. A hotspot in the region. The concept of the restaurant has been the talk of the town for some time now, as the work here is of a very high standard and the first awards were not long in coming. To further strengthen the team, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (gn) for the restaurant at the earliest possible date.
What are you doing as a Chef de Rang (gn) Saarbrücken concretely
- Advise the guests, you take care of their wishes and well-being during the visit
- Serving the food and drinks for the own station
- Jointly responsible for the mise en place
This is you
- Has a completed training in the hotel industry / gastronomy
- professional experience in the upscale gastronomy (preferably star gastronomy), wine knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, responsible and committed way of working
- An open, creative and warm personality with hosting qualities
- Communicative with customer oriented behaviour
- Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is advantageous
