The restaurant delights an average of 35 diners per service with independent cuisine and world-class service. We are looking for a Chef de Rang (gn) for the next possible date:
What are you doing as a Chef de Rang (gn) Tegernsee concretely
You're part of a perfect composition - not a robot or a plate taxi. Together with the Commis you take over the service for 6 tables in your station. This includes the whole spectrum of a perfect service, from the menu consultation, over the wine and beverage consultation in coordination with the sommelier, up to the arrangement of complex dishes at the guest.
This is you
- You have completed training in the restaurant business
- You have the right attitude for service, experience in gourmet gastronomy is not a must
- Commitment and flexibility distinguish you
- You know how to create guest satisfaction, are collegial and cordial
